Great Belt

This belt is amazing. I waited a few months before reviewing. I have had other belts in the past and they always broke down after time and didn’t last. This belt by far surpasses the others in quality and design.
The locking buckle is sturdy and allows you to easy “lock in” or release after a heavy lift. The design is eye catching and is a reminder of the CU mottos so you can be reminded what’s important.
I am that guy that wears the belt every time I lift regardless of what I am working. It is part of my gym uniform. Beyond that though when I am wearing it I have that sense of security and protection from injury. Not to mention the confidence to add more weight.
Highly recommend this belt to those that want to live that CU life and have the confidence of being protected and to gain that extra swag in the gym.

As for use, the belt is sturdy and comfortable. It can be used throughout the workout if you like keeping it on. I use it for heavy compound lists. The belt has a great latch, and I feel supported and secure with my heaviest lifts. I highly recommend this belt!
